No they're not dead. Mötley Crüe and Aerosmith are still rocking out and invite you to join them.
With complete lack of irony, but possibly with their original hair, these icons of metal and rock will strut their stuff on the outdoor lawns of the Shoreline Amphitheater on Thursday, Nov. 2, at 8pm. Smart rock fans will take plenty of advance consideration regarding traffic, parking and the potential discomforts of lawn seats. Blankets are highly recommended, as are wearing multiple layers of clothing. Of course a ripped tee-shirt from 1984 may not look that great beneath a hooded jacket, but sneezing has never looked hard-core on anyone. Expect crowds to chant along to "Shout at the Devil" and "Walk This Way."
