Dives may come and dives may go, but Potrero Hill dives so rarely draw as disheveled and dreamy a crowd on a regular basis as Thee Parkside. The cornerstone for NoisePop musical festivals for as long as this bleary audiophile can remember, Thee Parkside has cultivated a reputation for smart local music choices, reasonably priced beers for the indie rock set, and a smokers friendly patio area with ping pong tables for those that need a break for their eardrums.
Saturdays are host to free afternoon concerts with BBQ catered in by Thai Wagon. Can't wait until the weekend? Jukebox and cheap beer available every day from 4pm to 7pm.
