CHI: Bodies in Motion

The Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre brings its athletic style of dance to the Auditorium Theatre for five dates this week. The performances include a rotating selection of nine dances, including the world premier of Existence Without Form by former company dancer and budding choreographer Uri Sands, and the company premier of The Golden Section, choreographed by the legendary Twyla Tharp to music by David Byrne. This is a must-see for lovers of dance; check the schedule to see which pieces will be performed each night.
