This legendary TriBeCa institution, Odeon, catering to New York glitterati is still just as fabulous 20-plus years later. While the brasserie menu served within its art-deco walls is relatively unchanged, it's still revered — stop in for a satisfying steak frites or one of the best croque monsieurs served in the city. And while you might have to fight through a swarm of strollers on the weekends, the eggs benedict is still worth the wait. But one of the best things about Odeon? The ambiance. Grab a martini, sink back into a burgundy booth, and soak it all up, as you really only can here in New York.
