Celebrate St. Patty's Day at Moran's Chelsea, where you can soak in some old school Irish charm while you put down some serious NY chops and seafood. Each of Moran's four rooms have all those charming details that immediately make you feel right at home — original tin roofs, wood-burning fireplaces — and an old antique bar that just fills the place with ambiance (and beer).
