Few restaurants in the city are as visually stunning as Opera, with its vivid and eclectic décor. It's all intended to add even more drama to dining experience, and boy does it deliver. Of course, all that eye candy would be wasted if the food wasn't good — fortunately, it's very good indeed. The modern Chinese menu presents a wide array of choices; if you need help narrowing them down, the exquisite hot-and-sour soup is the perfect way to start, and we'll point out that this is one of the few places you can get a true Peking duck service. Vegetarians take note: Opera also has a full vegan menu available.
