New York is pretty full of tasty places to fill your belly on the cheap, but few are as outstanding as Tía Pol — and since this tiny Chelsea hotspot is perpetually packed, we suggest you gather a group and put your name on the list now (reservations only accepted for parties of six to eight people) to dine on delicious tapas and succulent Spanish wines that don't break your bank account. When the weather's warmer, as it is now, they throw open the doors to the street, so you can watch all that wonderful 10th Avenue quirkiness going on. Recommended: the croquettes of the day ($4/$8), salt cod and potato puree ($7) and what might be just the creamiest flan ever ($6).
