Adventurous but not excessive in extravagance, we've recently discovered Brick in the Tender-Nob area, which has a curiously provocative menu that splices flavors from around the globe with modern culinary techniques. How else would you describe creations like the vanilla lemon oil infused, pan roasted dorade and the seared kobe with passion fruit and white asparagus? Go with friends in the same spirit of taste adventuring and share multiple small plates together to decide for yourself what favorites you'll have. We'll try not to sway you too much with our favorites like the lamb duo or the hamachi sashimi with ginger dust seasoning.
