The best hamburgers in the city belong to a place called Kuma's Corner You'd never expect to find such gourmet toppings on burgers named after heavy metal bands, served from an open kitchen in the back of a bar, but wait till you wrap your hands around the Judas Priest, a half-pound hamburger topped with bacon, bleu cheese dressing and apples, walnuts and cranberries, or the Mastodon, with bacon, cheddar, barbecue sauce and a mound of frizzled onions. True masochists go for the Slayer — essentially chili cheese fries with a burger in the middle, plus cherry peppers and andouille sausage medallions — and anger. Totally metal.
